We do require an invoice together with the company details and company banking details before payment is made, if you are an end user or individual we just require an invoice together with a copy of your ID.
For large corporate and government buy backs, we need to inspect goods prior to delivery or collection from your premises. We would in certain cases charge a collection fee should the seller not be able to deliver.
We are able to collect countrywide due to our courier network but in certain cases might charge for inspections at clients should it involve flights etc. We are readily available to inspect goods in Cape town and Johannesburg.
